Re: Super rare, 15x7 (6-lug) ralley wheels

lotta rust on those wheels in my opinion.

I think i have 1 6 lug 15x7 out in the yard, but i think its from a 88 ad newer. Never knew they were this rare.

And as to the 6 lug think, i heard some of the 73-74 or maybe 70-74 vans had 6 lugs. They use the 1" thick rotors but the heavier duty bearings. It was just in the 73-87 forum in a thread talking about swapping from 5 to 6 lug using original parts off of a van. Food for thought or someone elses searching perhaps. Ill be running the 15x8s on my k5 and they will be painted hopefully this week. Black on the backs and inners and arget silver on the outside. After all the work ive put into these, my next set will be powdercoated haha.

Re: Super rare, 15x7 (6-lug) ralley wheels

It looks worse in the pics. It's mostly surface rust. For the price I couldn't pass them up. They aren't going on a show truck or anything it a driver all the way, so I don't need them perfect.

That's the way I was for years.
I bet I've seen 3-4 sets since I started this thread.
But they are still super rare,... in my opinion.

Re: Super rare, 15x7 (6-lug) ralley wheels

I just found your post. Just bought 67 Stepper with disc breaks all around and still 6 lug. I wanted to go back with a set of rallyes that didn't stick out like the rim& tires do now. So I guess I'll be on the lookout for a set of the sevens for my truck. Thanks for this information
