THANKS Dave, I'll do some more checking with all this. So I need to have Duane FIND the original BOL like he said he would originally or get with whoever he sat up everything up with on the 3rd party. I'm not sure the name of that business but hopefully he will chime in on that. I will call Estes in morning and do what you say. I appreciate your input, its going to help alot.
Thanks Randy

He wrote this a few pages back

"I am working on getting this bill settled. I suspended my logistics account but I am checking to see if they will include this Estes deal in my previous invoices before paying my final bill. Once again this is why I was very adamant about using the third party Unishippers BOL for shipment which I emailed to you along with the packing slip. It is a $500 plus mishap. My highly discounted rate for the 5 doors was around $115 dollars."

He states he sent you a B\L so he does have a B\L and the company is UniShippers. But more importantly he says it his Bill to pay. Print out everything he wrote and bring it to your DA's office when you go.

Chances are that money is still owed to Unishippers for other shipments if that's the company he used and they would love nothing better than to help you get the needed info to get some money out of him and get it to them. May be you can make a deal with them and get out from under this cheaply. Maybe the $115 he mentions would do it for them. Then go after him

Just from what he has said here you have a legitimate cause of action against him. As cold as it may sound, sick Dad or not, the world still turns debits are still due and Estes and your Boss could care less what his issues are.

I just filed the report with Kansas Attorney Generals office, they will get with me once they go over everything. I will let you know what they say when I hear back from them

Re: HeavyMetalChevy

please use the report a post button when you feel there is a rule violation in a post.

Advice .. just ignore the side comments and worry about the list. None of it is relevant anymore, just the fact folks want to know where there stuff is. So lets try to keep it at that. Report the posts you feel are an issue.

Thanks

Guys please do not continue a pissing match with him. I dont feel like sitting up all night babysitting. He needs to worry about getting his stuff worked out, and not arguing with everyone here.
Thanks

Re: HeavyMetalChevy

Duane if I was negligent on the BOL to start as you call it, what would you be when you seen it wasn't on the doors when you got them, you even made a comment about the label, then when Estes and I asked you about this a month or so later and you did nothing then 4 months later when you said you had the BOL on file and then did not get back with anyone, is this not negligence?

You have never paid anything for the shipping the doors so where is that at?

Everyone THANKS for your support again, once I hear back from Attorney Generals office I will know how to handle this. I will be on phone with Estes and Collection Agency this morning again. As I said before if they say I have to settle with collections I will, if I have to pursue it all in legal battles against all involved I will. Thanks again Randy

guys, please let the thread be for hmc taking care of his open orders. If folks post trolling like etc, then I have to yell, and he replies to each one etc.. I really need this to be reserved for him and Randy and the others working it out.
Thanks

Understand Liz, considering I'm one of the many "spectacular polished turds" on this thread that he owes parts or refunds too and I haven't received any shipment or refund notification as of yet, that was an inquiry for him.......with a ton of well deserved sarcasm as a chaser.... didn't realize that fell under the trolling category.....my apologizes!

Re: HeavyMetalChevy

its all good. I know you are owed, and doubt he will ever reply properly at this point. Normally he would not even have access here at all.. but we are trying to keep your line of communication open. Last night I attempted to put it out there in PM to him. I asked him to reply here with the list.. and he did not, however he did have time to keep PMing me. I told him that in itself proved the point.

I do not have the time, energy or want to continue playing games with him in this thread. So if I seem short with any of you all, it probably is not you, but the entire issue that is making it that way.

How did I miss this post?

Duane, I never received any pictures. Who would be fond of refunding for parts purchased. You do you realize I ended up empty handed in the end, right? Why would you think that I found a cheaper one local when I asked you to ship it back. I even offered to pay the shipping costs again. Like a fool, I felt bad about having it sent back and truley believed it was an optical illusion. About 3 months ago, I did find another cowl panel and no way was it bent like the one that arrived that time. Now that I know you so well, the pictures you "supposedly" sent were probably of another one you had. After all, you did have 2-3 to choose from at the time.

Re: HeavyMetalChevy

WOW all I can say is dealing with Collection Agencies Sucks, I was on the phone for 1 1/2 hours today with them, an hour yesterday with Estes. Nothing happening yet, I'm just going to wait on Ks Attorney General's office. The Collections Agency was real happy I got the Attorney general involved, thats too bad!!!

Re: HeavyMetalChevy

not to jump on the band wagon but how about the $539.00 duane was refunded by unishippers to refund back to me but rather he just has been ignoring all my calls texts and emails as well as the ones sent to him by unishippers about this ordeal espically after he told me that the check was in the mail multiple times!

I don't see it as you jumping on the bandwagon. It just shows that there are more out there and people need to speak up. Many of us have called and left messages,pm'ed and emaied him.. He will not answer.
But, expect Duane to verbally attack you...he is an internet ninja, sneaking in an out of the interweb waiting to pounce on anyone who tells him they don't believe him with his cyberspace "jui jitsu". Offering to buy plane tickets to those he thinks would never say a cross word to his face.

Hey Duane, I don't believe you.

Re: HeavyMetalChevy

I'll pass on the offered plane ticket, but I will take him up on the gas money if HMC wants to man up? I think $125 will cover it for me? He can send it to me as cash, paypal, money order, western union, green stamps, bus tokens....anythings better than what i got!!

Anyone else need gas money?

I think the better way to handle it is to contact the law. Internet fraud is a big deal. If you paid in Postal Money orders it is federal as well.
