See page 2 of this thread for a mockup

They're working on it. And we're waiting - impatiently! Haha. If Tri-Pro is making it, I'm sure it will be great quality.

Prototyping it now. I need to ship the glovebox area of a dash to them to make sure everything works correctly before producing. Anyone have a dash section?

If you could post a picture of the area needed. I could see if I have what you need. I do have an old cab I could cut up for pieces if need be.

Thanks Barry; basically a couple inches all the way around the glovebox...and the door if it's on there.

my understanding is that it's not going to happen any time soon. Another manufacturer has has the '73-'87 6' and 8' bedfloors out for a long time and they just don't move; primarily because of freight issues

Re: Updates *pics*

Could a 73-87 bed floor work with some modification on a 67-72...

Or do they just want us to cut down a 67-72 LWB bed floor...which I have seen available.

I wouldn't say that it can't...I just don't think it would be easy

Saw something different at the Brother's show; a guy actually used "C" channel in place of wood for his bed floor. The pieces were painted body color (high gloss and VERY smooth) with stainless bed strips....ease of a wood floor...strength of steel.

Re: Updates *pics*

Here is what I have found...the only one I can find.

Bed Floor Half 8 Foot 98Lx38W

at http://www.tabcobodyparts.com/index.html

You have to buy two halves...but itis the only option I can find.

I would have to section it and weld it all up...that would not be fun but it would work.

Tim

On the LWB bedsides....a number of distributors will have them, and a lot are vendors right here. If I were in the market I would figure out who's closest to me and pick them up....that's just me.
