^Thanks, bud. Yes, they're all airbrushed by Patrick Reid. Inside the "chrome" graphic on the rear is dark gray wood grain with overlaying blue pinstriping. Matching on the hood, tailgate, and fender tubs under the hood.

Conversion model? Looks similar to the wood interior my '92 shortbed had. I did away with all of that, though.
