Re: Restoring Rusty

Family first. I really appreciate the fact that your kids are involved. I love it when my wife and daughter help me.

Btw, I picked up a gallon of POR15 today.

Get to a good Chiro, do your physical therapy exercises the way he tells you, and lay off lifting the heavy stuff and bending over for extended periods for a while.
If you don't your back will stay angry with you and later it'll get back at you. I'm paying for what I did 35 years ago. I didn't lay off cause it felt so much better after the chiro put it back in place...

If you can get working tails and a back plate on it the police aren't likely to bother you on a short daytime trip.

yup gonna see if my bro and friends can limp it home it's only a half mile away, but the bed is still not even bolted down, so as long as they get one or two bolts down to anchor it, it will be fine, I can finish it later

got a shot at the doctor today, and am off of work till July 3rd

Re: Restoring Rusty

You need a chiropractor, man, not a doctor who gives shots.

Their next move will be to suggest surgery. Don't go there.

I hear you I called 6 Chiropractors today, some did not answer their phone, others could not see me today / until next month some time, others don't take insurance patients. I don't want to pay cash if I have good insurance, type a thing.

My chiropractor is $28 a visit. I don't even have them submit it, since I am going to be paying it on deductible anyway.

Given the nonsense we pull when working on our trucks, chiropractors ought to be listed in the necessary tools or preferred vendors sections.

Surgery is not an option, the doctor I saw today said no need for MRI cause I do not need surgery I don't have that type of injury/symptoms. It's basically ice, rest, and try to move around as much as possible without pain.

Re: Restoring Rusty

Some of the best Chiropractors I've seen only take cash. They're usually fairly inexpensive because they don't have the overhead to handle insurance.
