06/67 based on "T" for June. However, engine, transmission, and rear axle all have August build dates. Something doesn't seem right with this one... Edit: I believe June is correct based on the 7S truck in post #246.

See post #219 for document reference:
"Date received" = 05/(2x)/68... Refers to order date?
"estimated date of production" = 06/15/68
Maybe a "7" for build month on POP?
Worst case pre 8/06/68

Edit: I found this build month decoder from a Chevelle website that seems to match up with our trucks...I'll update some of the additions accordingly.

The above is from post #106. It appears that all 69 trucks start with "8" after the plant letter... ie. 9S8xxxxx. So if you see this, 70c10-08, please verify the vin. Thanks

A project like this is bound to have some errors and confusions... I think we're doing pretty good at staying on top of everything.

I was going by the VIN number off of my S.P.I.D. I've got the protecto plate lying around somewhere if I can find it I will try to verify the VIN number but, this is all I could see on the S.P.I.D.

My Flint built 1967 C/10. Engine, trans, and rear axle all have a June date code, with the axle having the latest of June 14, 67. No tag on the door.

Nice addition--thank you! The tags on the door didn't start until 1970 model year--FYI.

Re: The build date project

Thanks everyone for the continued additions! I’m gaining on it a little at a time but I should be caught up really soon. Keep it up everyone, this list has really become something useful. Several truck’s build dates have been verified by other trucks.
