Not sure the name of my color but it's a 67 with the fawn interior. Would the closer match be the desert tan or the ivory?

Re: 3 point shoulder belts

Tried to pm but your box is full. I got a set of 3 point shoulder belts from you for front seat of suburban and two sets of truck middle belts to use for back seat. We now have had some people in the back seat and discovered the "non-clip" end - the male end that plugs into the buckle with the logo - is way too long for a suburban back seat. It only needs to be about 13" long.

I want to find just a thread-able floor bracket which would allow me to simply cut off the permanently stitched on bracket, thread the long belt on the thread-able one, and be done with it.

Was wondering if you have another suggestion, or way to to get two of the thread-able floor brackets?? Or somebody I could follow up with? Thanks.

The belts are awesome. Tom M

Re: 3 point shoulder belts

Tom, I have a question, I went out to start the install today and the stock anchor point is to far back and the belt retractor will hit the gas tank. I came back in and checked the thread and the hold down bracket is different than the one pictured here in post 1 and it looks like what is needed to move the point out . here are pics of my "L" shaped anchor point that came with the belts mounted on the drivers side and a pic marked up of the anchor point bracket from an earlier post. Am I right to assume that the wrong brackets came with my set? There is no way I can get the seat belt retractor to bolt up to this with the gas tank there.

Belts look fantastic, and they have a color which would look great in my truck.
Were three point belts an option in 1970?

Thanks,

Bill

Re: 3 point shoulder belts

Can you tell where these belts fasten to the floor. I'm not finding any mounts or holes.
