lets start the swap

couple months ago i picked up a 85 k5 no motor/trans with the only rust i can find is the passenger rocker for 1,000 bucks. It needs a lot of interior work but a solid K5. At the same time if found a 2WD K5 blazer frame for 400 bucks. the stars magically aligned and got both to my house. I have redone the suspension on the frame and got it ready for a 5.3 LS and AR5 trans. last weekend it was finally time to swap the frames.

If i was going to do the swap again i would definitely use 2X cinder blocks and double stack alternating each row.

The body isn't fully on the frame and sitting on blocks between the body and frame. it should get about 4" lower. it looks like the front will be a little high hope it might level out more once the motor is in it also. if not i will be installing 4X4 hanger.
