check dragtruk.com

there are a couple of trucks running those times. I believe they are on the stock rear suspension.

I'd say 4 link, much mroe adjustability. just a thoughtfor down the road too, if you wanna hook up you need te chassis to have a good rake, not te body, the chassis, yu look at prostock, it looks all low, but thats jst body, the frame isat a goodrake, you need that or you'll smoke em orever, jsut a lil. teahin lesson early on.

Hi Crew 70. Check out dragtruk.com. Most of the 67-72s are running bb and have stock but topped trailling arms with coil over shocks. I have a 2 bolt 454 done for $400 can make 700hp with 2 bolt. Let me know.

7's will take at LEAST 1200 hp in a 3000# vehicle. Maybe more. My buddies 90 Camaro ran 8.67 @ 163. It dynoed 850 hp on the motor and had a 400 shot of nitrous, it wasn't quite sorted out before it was totaled, so it would have gone faster. It IS possible to get a truck to run that, but you need to get some solid advice from a professional chassis builder. Plan on spending around a minimum of $10,000 for a long block plus a large plate type nitrous system and another $10,000 for a back-halfed chassis with roll cage. Like everything else, add 50% for cost over-runs This little truck runs low 8's with a 460+" SMALL Block. He's been racing it for at least 15 years.
