Made a little more progress on the floorboards and tunnel. Trying to decide whether or not to run a few beads (parallel to the tunnel) inside the flanged area.

Nice job! You said you were undecided on adding some beads inside the flanged area. I think I would. It would stiffen things up quite a bit.

Thanks mkittle. I welded on additional structure, added a Bodine gear motor and a foot pedal to the bead roller. It turns at 5.7 rpm, which for me is the perfect speed. It really handles well. You get your Dad and his rig out of the shop yet?

He moved to the back so I am back to working on mine during the week.
It works out because It is Bonsai show season here. The shows we go too are on weekends.
