Re: A real BadSeed

UPDATE:

I had to do something about this step in the frame horns. My core support wouldn't sit flush with the frame and my sway bar mounts weren't able to sit flat.

Unbelievably jealous of you fab work, I hope to have half these skills one day.

When welding on the bottom brackets to the bags, did you just set your pinion angle at the 1 up that porterbuilt recommends and put the plates in level?

Re: A real BadSeed

I designed these little perches to hang off the side of my rear frame rails and support the fuel cell a little closer to the cell wall it's self. The bolt needed to be right at the edge of my alrerady boxed frame. So, I cut some relieif holes and came up with the tube to cover my bolt and welded nut.

Re: A real BadSeed

Yesterday, I built my rear crossmember. I wanted rounded corners but mandrel bent frame rails aren't in the budget. So, here's how I tackled that task.
