700r-4 shift linkage ?????

I am gonna swap a 700r4 for my th350 in a 80 K10. Any ideas on how to hook up the linkage for the shifter and still be able to select each gear manually?
I still wanna be able to pull the trans down to first gear offroad.
I thought about swapping in a column from a truck with a 700r4 but that seems like a lot of work. There has got to be a better way.

Kuegal components sells a trick arm setup that is way easier to deal with then stock. I have one of these on my 1971K10 which has the 700R4
