Re: Pics of restored trucks with steelies and dog dish

I take the caps of deep dish wheels with a lamb's paw/cat's paw/nail puller. It fits between the rim and cap and I get it behind the edge of the cap and just pull, not pry.

Re: Pics of restored trucks with steelies and dog dish

Not exactly restored, but... Wheels are pc'ed (the way to go imo) -

The white Custom D has stock 72 chrome PO3s (outies) on 16" wheels.

The med olive Cheyenne Super has 73+ aluminum PO3 caps (innies) on 16.5" wheels that have had the blue bow tie painted on (before and after shots shown of the same PO3 cap)

Mines more like a resto-mod.
F#rd van rims (16 x 7) powdercoated and 73+ hubcaps with the bowtie painted blue.

Re: Pics of restored trucks with steelies and dog dish

one of my favorite trucks ever (your K10 super shortie). Was going to pattern my 71 C20 super's interior after yours with black buckets, etc - but ended up selling it so just did so with a stock houndstooth olive cover instead. Sweet truck.

Jocko I appreciate it! It is a fun truck, but I enjoyed it more when it was unpainted:-/
