Re: Need a bigger garage?

You got to go back and take the trucks. Talk about a photo shoot.

Re: Need a bigger garage?

We had planned on taking the trucks up today for a couple shots but I had some things come up. He has a place some people are moving out of that is going to listed for 1.7mil. It is about twice the size of this place. I think I'm going to make some shots of the trucks there.

Re: Need a bigger garage?

Nice house. I guess if you have a garage that size, you can afford to have someone else build all your cars to fill it (but I'd still pull up the carpet.)

That's a 6 million dollar home around here. We were looking at 3000 square foot homes that were $850k and they only had a 2 car garage.

Totally, up here in NW Montana a view lot sells for 900k, not sure why because they are usually way too steep to build a good sized redneck shop next to the house...

Oh and there is room for three more cars in the garage that is built in to the house , that brings it up to a total of 7 bays plus the monster RV bay. The house itself is right at 8000 sq ft not counting the three bedroom guest house that is above the four car garage. This was more of sight seeing trip than a shopping trip (thank god , I don't think I could pay the power bill on it).

That house would grab 2.5 million easy in my area.

Not bad at all for 900K. Bang for the buck.
