The first victim of the new garage went down yesterday

Well...........I just about finished tearing down the first truck (1968 rust bucket) in the new shop. Wanted the engine from this one......thats it on the stand beside it. It was a long day but it came out yesterday. Going to cut the roof off of it this week for another upcoming project and its off to the scrap yard for ths one. Managed to get a few good parts off it but for a 1 owner, 93k original mile, southern Tennessee truck (never off Monteagle) it was eat up with rust.

Too much fun!!!

If the area around the shop was not a mud hole........we would have a huge bash. I need some more time to get the surounding area cleaned up and a way to get a bunch of trucks in without bottoming out and getting muddy.......all in good time

What size is your garage? I like the way you built up over the work area.

40 x 80 with 16ft ceilings. The loft area will be a bedroom, bath, kitchenette and a "man-den"
