4.3 5spd that has had its fair share of issues and gotten me alot of places. It started a chuggy hesitation in the low rpm range specially after sitting over night and after the clutch is released after shifting into a higher gear and its accompanied by rough idle. Some days it is down right unbearable and others it runs like a top. Its almost like bad gas that never ran out. Fuel pump, filter and screen where changed in march, plugs, wires, cap, and button mid may and i put a new coil on this morning. OBD scan tool showed no new codes (actually it didnt hesitate once while the scanner was plugged in). Being that it comes and goes makes me think electrical, but I cant seem to put my finger on it. any input?

I looked thru the sticky about troubleshooting and symptoms also nothing really applied to the problem at hand.
Anyone?
