Fleetside bed front panel differences?
I am replacing the front bed panel in my fleetside bed. I bought this bed several years ago and knew it would need this, finally using it. I don't know what year the bed is, but I believe it to be at least an '81, and I vaguely remember being told it is an '85. While looking up a replacement front panel, the year breakdown for them everywhere is 1973-84 and then 1985-87. Anyone know what the differences might be?

pictures in catalog usually don't show the different front panels. The difference is in the detailing of the ridges or contour. I have a 75 bought and 80's bed havent made a decision on to buy a 75 panel or use the 80's

I wont be out where my truck is located until Sunday at the earliest. If I do get a chance to go I will take a picture of the two panels.
