Antenna

I installed a cheap aftermarket antenna for my new AM-FM radio and it doesn't work very good. Does GMC still supply a factory antenna or who has a good one? Thanks

Re: Antenna

That's what I have. An antenna is pretty much an antenna IMHO. What kind of head unit do you have? Is it relatively new or is it ancient? The FM sensitivity of the radio plays a role in how well you will receive stations.

Re: Antenna

I have a Custom sound AM-FM radio with a cheap $8 antenna. If I touch the antenna with my hand it gets better.

Re: Antenna

Well, ya, b/c you're the antenna then. Not really familiar w/those head units. You might need to pick up a cheap antenna booster.
