Dirty Mary Crazy Larry

Bought a few car movies the other day. I've only seen Dirty Mary Crazy Larry once, well most of it...I was at LonghornJeff's half drunk and dozing off

The original Gone in 60 Secs I've seen a few times, but it was worth buying anyway. Never seen Vanishing Point all the way through, look forward to that one.

Just a totally random, worthless post by yours truly, anyone else watching a car movie tonight?

Seen all three, Gone In 60 Seconds is my favorite. Would love to have a copy of those myself.

Re: Dirty Mary Crazy Larry

Gotta agree that Christine was very well done for a King novel-to-screen flick. Still decent today even though it was made in 1983. Would like to see "The Car" again, haven't seen it since I was a kid. There used to be a movie on all the time late at night called "Night Terror" where a loonie in a yellow 69 Stang fastback chased after a woman driving a Torino wagon IIRC. Anyone remember that one?

Re: Dirty Mary Crazy Larry

I like Dirty Mary Crazy Larry, good movie. Both versions of Vanishing Point(original and remake) are great. There are to many good car movies to list or strain my brain on a sunday to think about.

Re: Dirty Mary Crazy Larry

Dirty Mary Crazy Larry gets one of my top votes, saw it at Drive In, I was so mentally present, still remember some of what was said in the movie

Dazed and Confused mirrored my teen years about 100%, seemed like we were always going to a Keg party somewhere and there was a cool Concert coming soon to the Arena

Re: Dirty Mary Crazy Larry

I have seen most of the movies on the list and I just saw the original Vanishing Point again a few weeks ago. Another movie that has a good chase scene in it is called The Seven Ups. I think its as good as the one in Bullit. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0070672/

Re: Dirty Mary Crazy Larry

its been years since i seen Dirty Mary Crazy Larry... without giving away the ending at least they used a mopar..
i always loved that stupid movie Smokey and the Bandit.. Sally Field looked real good then lol gave me an appreciation for "Frogs"
My wife got me to rent that movie Wild Hogs last night... Maybe im getting older but it seems that the movies coming out are getting stupider and stupider as they come out

It's not your age..movies now are getting worse. Seems it takes 5 movie attempts to find one good one. Not good.

I love Hollywood Knights, must have watched it a 100 times over the years. I think I could recite the whole movie.

Remember "Knights Rule"
