Fuel lines ?

alright,
have the old 350 out of our '76 K-10 and am looking for fuel line advice.

we have been ruing the tank from a 1987 as we were running TBI,

so we plan to swap the EP381 pump into the tank,

then what?

the fittings on our sending unit are barbed for a slip on rubber hose.

do we need to have a shop weld on 6AN threaded fittings?

Ive used the rubber EFI hose and barbed fittings with 2 EFI clamps on the lines on my 74 Bronco with a 1990 mustang 5.0 EFI for almost 15 years with no issues and I think it has only slightly lower pressure.

and what are yall using for the supply and return lines?
engine is a 2001 drive by cable with a supply and a return line on the rail

I assume the TBI return line we be ok to use since its no pressure?

anyone using this supply line?

I run that efi specific rubber hose with the efi specific clamps. And the Dorman replacement efi metal ends. I run a racetronix 255 lph pump that puts out 65 psi and no problems! I run 3/8 metal lines on the frame and I used a double flare tool and inverted flare fittings to go from metal to rubber.
