Long rear brake line leaks

I purchased an installed the Long rear brake line over 6 months ago. Went to bleed the brakes yesterday and found a leak. It is right in the middle of the line. In the area where I straightened it out from the shipping bend. It isn't stainless steel tubing. I was careful and rolled out the bend on a piece of plywood when I straighten it out. Looks like the hole may be at the seam? the leak is only visible while it is pressurized. I plan on double flaring the existing tubing, while it's installed, and adding a 36 inch section to the end of it. This is a new one on me. Does China make tubing?
Cheers.
