Made slider doors or I should say I hired a guy to help me.(I helped him)
I'm a do it yourselfer but for speeds sake it was nice to just have it done.

I like the slide'n doors between the shops, wish I has seen that sooner.

Thanks! I wish I would have waited for a buddy who builds custom doors to help me. As it turns out they are o.k. but we screwed up with the curve of the plywood sheets so the end result is curved doors. Ah well.
Still need to seal them.
Made some progress on my sheetrock. I don't do so well at that but a friend of mine does. He came buy to pick up his concrete tools. And came back with mudding tools and I basically stayed out of the way. Cool stuff watching someone who can fix my screw ups. LOL

Now I have to make a door for my compressor. Always something!

Ran some copper pipe then sheetrocked over it. Ran a quick pressure test to make sure the joints sounded good. (cross my fingers)
Was going to wait on sheetrocking the beam but since the scaffold is here
I figured I'd go for it. I'm ready to be done with anything sheetrock related.

Added paint. Had some leftovers and went with what I had.
Semi gloss on the lower part.

The hose I was using gave it up so I've made some progress on the copper lines. Pretty close now. Adding a Motor Guard M90 as well as a desiccant dryer. Will I ever finish?

Wow, copper piping for the air lines? I'm using high pressure CPVC in my current little building and will probably use PEX in my new building. That copper is to $$$ for this kid

Most was free from a building that got torn down at where I work. Only bought a little bit, plus elbows. Plus if you look(at the post dates) its taken me about a year to progress any further. One of those more time than money guys!

I have subscribed to this thread long ago but haven't seen any recent email notifications in my in box, still wanting to figure out if there is a limit to what this board will send out or if i don't post will the email notifications eventually stop?

Anyway, it looks like you have a heater mounted to the ceiling in one of your pictures, Is that the G73 you mentioned earlier? is that propane? I'm looking to buy a heater for my garage but i want to be safe about what i pick, i have been known for hanging up plastic to make small paint areas, ect. I don't want to buy anything that might ignite any vapors.

Weird that thread subscription thing just happened to me the other day. Can't recall which, I subscribe to so many.

I'm happy with the G73 however I wish I spent a bit more and added a mini split. Online they can be had cheap. Maybe Freakshow has an opinion on that? He did my home heat pump.

I tried to Google it and came up short, do you have any more info on it so i can look it up? Per the mini split, i was concidering if a heater like that would work well in my garage. The units i saw were for inside a house, i didn't recall anything about a condenser tho so i guess what i saw was something else?

I'm actually looking for electric, maybe a couple hundred or so spent.

Man Freakshow finished his kids truck and kinda dropped off the forum, he did stop by last summer, gave me a couple items he had laying around that he didn't need any more, haven't heard or seen him around since. Real nice guy!

I'm most interested in the G73 or Dimplex CUHO5B31T because they are ceiling mountable but they are required to be hard wired, i need to be able to plug it into the same outlet as my welder (preferred) or the dryer outlet, I know i could make both heaters plugable, both of my plug outlets are 30 amp outlets and the heaters require 21, don't know how risky that would be... may have to call Dave!

Lines are done! Now I have to decide which first filter or dryer?
Me and my boy did some wire wheeling the other day w/o filter or dryer and it was dry as can be. So nice! Before I was running a hose right off a regulator/dryer mounted to the compressor. Constant dripping, was a real pain.

So which first filter or dryer? I'll want the filter for my new toy.

Too bad it requires 220. My compressor requires 220. The plasma requires compressed air. I only have one 220 outlet. Looks like I get to add another
outlet. Not a bad thing.
For now I'll borrow a buds portable 110 compressor.

Nice shop. You've done a ton of work, or someone has. Just curious, where did you install the small roll up door. I used 10 foot roll ups in my shop. I have 3 of them and I really like them. I've always been curious as to why they aren't used more often in new shop projects. They are a real overhead space saver and you don't have to worry about doors blocking your lights.

Thanks! I ended up moving my stair case and it took up the space where the roll up doo was to go. I ended up selling it. Lots of work left. I just go in waves of energy/money/time. Hard to have all at once.
