You have to log in to see anything other than the pic you posted. Looks like a good restore.

Re: EMERGENCY 1969 ambulance

Is that an actual "Emergency!" ambulance or one made up to look like one?

*I discovered the show summer 2020 when doing a plumbing repair for a colleague. Took a break, watched some TV, there the show was.

Now I watch the show whenever I can partly to see the older vehicles, especially the trucks.

Re: EMERGENCY 1969 ambulance

OH OK. Just a gorgeous 'burb ambulance!

I just love that show and watch it every chance I get.

"Emergency" and "Adam 12" are the only TV shows I watch right now, unless it's "Wagon Train" and "Gunsmoke" with my dad.

Re: EMERGENCY 1969 ambulance

It is the actual ambulance that was used on the show. It was restored by the LA County Fire Department and is in a museum now.

Re: EMERGENCY 1969 ambulance

Really? That's great!

Such a nice shade of ochre too.

Is this the one that was used in the episode where the ambulance got into a collision on the way to the hospital?

If I'm not mistaken...the ambulance is actually a "Fleet Color" called Wheatland Yellow or as found on the SPID: Dark Yellow...but I agree (even if I might be a little biased)...it is a nice shade!
