Correct Wheel Cylinder for a 72 K20 w/ a H052??

Very specific question here but has anyone replaced the wheel cylinders in an H052 and have a good part number handy? I’ve ordered from 3 places now and they are all wrong. The picture below is the original cylinder compared to what rock auto sent me. I also tried the parts house and they couldn’t even order something for me. Truck is currently out of commission until I get this fixed so some help would be greatly appreciated!

Measure the bore size of the cylinders. If they are the same size, you shouldd be good to go other than tweaking the brake line for the different angle. The parts stores stock a single casting for multiple applications. The dually cylinders cover about 40 years and multiple axles and brands and I bet the SRW are the same. If you are stuck on originality get a rebuild kit and hone the wheel cylinders out.

Got these from Napa back in 2012 -- the numbers are still on the site so should still be good. We put these on my '72 K20 with HO52.

Right rear #UP37039
Left rear #UP37040

Through autozone and some coaching on how to search we found these for my HO72.

You have examples for a coil not leaf spring rear. Here are examples of what I believe are correct.

I thought that might be the case but the examples I kept finding looked correct when shown for coil springs and the three that I actually ordered were tagged for leaf springs. This is a pic of what rock auto says is correct for coils and it looks like what I need.

You bet. Keep us posted and if you can confirm any other part numbers like drums etc you might make use of please share.

Not sure if you found the wheel cylinders you were looking for but The Filling Station has these that look like they match your original.
