1969 Chevy C10
So a number of years ago, probably 8 or so, my son and I bought a 69 C10 to work on. It is pretty rough but we redid the wiring with a new AAW kit, he did some work on the front end, including brakes, spindles, tie rod ends and other stuff I probably don't know about. He is now 24 and has lost interest in the truck. So, I am going to work on it as time permits and see if I can bring back to life. It has a V8, but not sure what size and an Edelbrock manifold. He attempted to put a Holly EFI on it, but could not get it to work. I am starting from scratch here and trying to set the Qjet back in it to just get it running again. My question is, it has a divorced choke setup that he took off the manifold and now I be darned if I can figure out how it goes on. Anybody have a picture of how the part that seems to bolt to the manifold? I am stumped and am trying to just get it running again with as little cash layout as needed.

The service manual for 1969 Chevy C10 is not there in that thread, but 1970 is most likely close enough. I bought a used 1969 Chevy C10 service manual on eBay for quite reasonable price, and new ones are available for pretty cheap from classic truck parts online stores. It's possible the divorced choke for a Quadrajet won't go on an Edelbrock intake manifold and you might also need some sort of carburetor mount adapter. It may be a good idea to post pictures of the parts you're dealing with, people here with more knowledge than me will chime in.

The manual is for a '69 GMC, a Chevy by any other name except for having four eyes...

Here are the parts that attach to the intake for the divorced choke for a 1969 350:
