painted a house, got a truck...

When I was 15 I painted my grandma's house in trade for a 67 C10 pickup we were using here and there on our farm, complete with bed topper and all. Through the last almost 10 years it has slowly transformed, had a few v8's since the 250 straight six and granny four speed combo... a choice I would come to regret oftentimes as I remembered it's reliability and simplicity. My problem started out as a high school kid with not much money and even less of an attention span, then transitioned into being in the Marines and not having the time or steady location, then getting married and it REALLY getting put on hold. NO MORE! The time has come to get serious and get this baby cleaned up for our 10 year anniversary! haha... I don't have any pictures in all of it's topper glory right now but here is a current one... so many plans. I've got to go start right now! Wait,.. it's 230 am.. okay.. First, sleep. Then, empty the bank account on parts. Yes. It's going to be sweet. I'll be asking many many questions as I go. This board rocks. It's where I found out about doing the original engine swap about 9 years ago with my old screen name. F'n A.
