Re: Tinted windows ?

I ended up getting clear glass..
I'll probably just take it and get it tinted "so dark they won't even know my name" (ZZTop)

Would you say the smoked grey is about the same as a light tint? I'm going to order tomorrow as the back, vent and side windows are in stock. I'll stay with the stock tinted windshield that I replaced a few years ago.

also do you know where you can get the "tape" to set the side windows in with?

Locally I can get it at the automotive paint store.
Comes in different thickness. I do not remember what thickness I used.
Possible others can help answer that question.

I am including a picture of my truck outside with the Gray Tinted windows. If it looks light It's because it is.

The glass wrapping was stamped "eurogrey" It's a light tint , I ordered it thru Ebay and had it in 4 days , The grey was $194.00 + $40.00 shipping and tax About $255.00 all together , I'm just going to buy a windshield locally due to the high shipping costs , The setting tape comes in different thicknesses and sold in 25' length So I'm just going to look locally to one of the glass shops to buy a few feet .
