Re: Restored Auto Tilt/15” Steering Wheel Sandalwood

Sent you a pm. As long as it is true 71/72 original truck auto tilt I will take it without the steering wheel.

thanks, marko

Pics for jimmy70, he’s still first in line. Can any of the experts tell if this was a true truck column? I’m not versed in the differences.

Re: Restored Auto Tilt/15” Steering Wheel Sandalwood

I think it was originally from a motor home due to the neutral safety switch slot located halfway up and the “dog leg” where the shifter linkage connects. I have one that I pulled from a motor home that is identical to this one. I can post a pic later tonight when I get home from work. It will bolt right into a truck though with no problem.

Yes, that is a column out of a motor home, neutral safety switch is in the wrong place & the shift linkage arm has that offset in it.

Might have interest in just the wheel depending on cost, if column sells separate.
