How did you restore your deluxe heater 'font'

Evening all,

Following on from my 'am I missing a bit' thread I have another question.

How have others restored the white lettering shown below?

I would imagine that there is a super intelligent way to do this but all my dumb brain is coming up with is a modelling brush and some white paint...

If that is the way to do I will probably leave as is, my patience for this sort of thing is negligible at best and it will look as if somebody did it with a bucket of emulsion and a roller...

Let's hear how the more intelligent members have solved this challenge.

Over to you.

P.

If you can pop it out and the letters are recessed into the plastic there's always fill in the recesses and polish the excess off. I want to say that someone reproduces them but I looked and can't find it. If doing Option 1, you could probably use a headlight polishing kit to remove the excess and not screw up the plastic.

Thanks you @61hawk!

Just polished the headlights on my daughters Mini Cooper so have the tools in stock and the control is all apart so.

Will go and purchase some model paint and give it a go.

Thanks again, please accept this internet beer on me.
