Post lowering?

what's a good amount to lower a 67-72 c-10. i don't want scraping, i want a sport truck. if you have pics i would love to see. how are they usaually lowered? and how much for parts? thanks for any info!

ussaly with spindles or springs, sense they have coils on all fours (most of them) spindles cost around 250..... springs cost about 120
3/5 is probaly about the look you want

3/5 (3 inches in the front, 5 in the back) is the best looking combo I've seen. It definetly looks lowered, but still looks like a truck.

(PHATHOE) is dropped 4in all around, stripped emblems and mouldings, 18in Niche bellas, flowmaster. 97 CBR 900RR everything aluminum is polished or powder coated candy purple. 6color change chameleon paint at $300 a pint(ouch), jetted and custom fabbed under seat exhaust like on the Ducati

heh..

i think i might just put IROC wheels on my shortbed.. here's a shot of his truck photoshopped with a set of IROC wheels and then also with a set of the new SS wheels
very nice!
