Everything To Convert to Std

Have nearly all the main pieces to convert from auto to standard. Clutch fork, adjustment rod, thru the firewall rod, engine side ball stud (2wd V-8) and the bell crank or z-bar. Brake and clutch assembly with brake rod. All the main pieces to convert to standard shift except for the frame bracket. Can do more pics if needed, just let me know. Open to reasonable offers, money order only, do not have Paypal.

Re: Everything To Convert to Std

Does that clutch adjustment rod happen to be for a 4wd?

Re: Everything To Convert to Std

It is for a 2wd, the 4wd version has a wedge shaped fitting that fits up against the clutch fork.

Re: Everything To Convert to Std

Yes the wedge will fit on both 2 and 4 wheel drive. I was merely wanting to know if it was longer for the 4wd application.

Re: Everything To Convert to Std

The clutch adjustment rod measures 13 3/8" in length. Hope that helps your question.

Re: Everything To Convert to Std

All those parts are long gone but.......may have another clutch/brake set up. Will have to check the parts stash and get back to you. No clutch fork, rods, z-bar or other items left I know.

I really just needed the upper pushrod that passes through the firewall and goes to the z-bar.

The clutch rod I know I don't have. Might keep a watch on the parts forum for one but be aware.....pretty sure there is a difference between the clutch rod for the IL6 and the V8 engines. Might want to look into that, I don't have any experience with an IL6 in these trucks but thinking I read that here at some time. Good luck in your search.
