Bought a 1971 blazer frame don't look like the right axial.

An OEM 71 front axle wouldn't have a bracket for the steering damper. The backing plates look different to me too.

Looks like a late 70's Dana 44 or GM corporate 10 bolt based on the upside down tierod ends, no flat top passenger side knuckle and placement of the steering damper. Also the brake dust shields are heavy gauge steel instead of the sheetmetal used on the early Dana 44's. Post a picture of the differential cover please.

Its a Dana 44, there is a number stamped on the front of the long axle tube that will tell you the build date- or you can pull the diff cover and get the date from the ring gear as well, along with the ratio.

Found a tag looks like 373 don't no what 41-11 means.

11 pinion teeth

41/11= 3.727 or 3.73 ratio

Found the date 1-12-76 looks like the caliper my be the same as my 72.
