Man, I wish I had that kind of room to work on my truck. I will be getting a nice improvement, though; my dad's buying a new house, this one with a real 3 car garage instead of the teeny 2 car one we have now! Woohoo!

(Hmm, that's another reason for you to come to AZ, Fast68. Buy this house!!! LOL...)

I hate you Randy! LOL

I'll just have to suffer along with my "tight" 1 car garage.

I think building the dream garage is every mans wish. My dream garage has 10 large bay doors on it. Ah what the heck, a large apartment on the top so I never have to leave my baby's.

Hehe- I've been suffering long enough. I can't even see my truck through all of the stuff piled around it in my tiny 1 1/2 car garage. Oh, BTW- I also bought an original restored 1950 Texaco gas pump to decorate my new garage!

Great! While everybody else was spending time and money on their toys I was dumping mine into a shop as well. You'll love it! And you can get a lifetimes worth of projects done which is a lot better than just new tires! :-)

Exciting isn't it!
I'm about ready for my rough electrical and rough plumbing inspection on mine
It has a master bedroom on top of it, Mud room in the back. And I upgraded my electrical service while I was at it.

I have to start on a co-workers garage soon too. I am going to be building him a 28' x 30' garage with 10 foot walls. He has his own small motors repair business on the side, so he needs the extra space. Gonna be a sweet shop by the time we are done with it.

Randy's not lying when he says he can't see his truck. I've seen it or at least where it was covered up. Hope the weather will cooperate with you Randy.

Thumbs up

Congrats Randy,
That's the same size I want. I haven't got any prices yet but I have a feeling by the time it's done with a master bedroom over top, it's probably gonna be around 30 Grand (ouch!). We'll see. Have fun with it!

I have a construction company building it for me. It's all wood, and the total price with concrete slab, vinyl siding, aluminum trim shingled roof and complete second story is $11,231. (still have enough money left for a down payment on a new Harley softtail)!!

Thanks Bryan! You need to stop by and take a look when it's finished. Shouldn't take more than a week or two, depends on the weather.
