GM NOS is the best, but are scarce.

I went with ACI 84086 and ACI 84087 for my Blazer. Those are 1972 long shaft part numbers, since I am going with the 1972 door panels. They seem OK.

2017 Sierra 1500 SLT 4WD, Black, 41k miles, 5.3, 6L80E, 3.42 LS, 20" polished wheels, everything but moonroof and 6.2...

2019 Canyon SLT 4WD, White, 60k miles, 3.6, 8L45, 3.23 LS, 18" wheels

I replaced the passenger side regulator several years ago and it's working fine. I got it from Classic Industries, don't remember the brand.

I have got some pretty worn regulators working again with a good clean up and a lube job on the whole window mechanism..

I replaced mine a year ago. Ordered them from local supplier and they
were OER brand. They fit Great.
