Re: How about some pics of 2wd Blazers, Jimmy's & Burbs?

3 inch spindles, 2 inch coils with a coil removed, bum stops removed and re positioned, so almost 7" on the front, rear flip kit dropped it 9 inches originally, but did not have time to change frame cross members and install a larger tranny tunnel to clear drive shaft, so i added a few leafs to the pack to bring it up 3 inches. Tire sizes are front 245/35/20 and rear are 275/35/20 I believe, i cannot remember the back exactly for some reason, too many projects on the go and I forget what exactly is in each.

Re: How about some pics of 2wd Blazers, Jimmy's & Burbs?

factory 2wd...still researching on how i want to drop it. I want to bag iut pretty bad but dont have the "know how" on how to do it or where to take it so I may end up with drop colis and spindles! I just put the 20"s on and now I really need to get it closer to the ground!

Justpball, that is a great suburban, I love the stance. I am looking to get new wheels shortly for mine as I plan to finish it this winter, but I want a fitment like yours. What size and offset are you running? And what size tire would be a help as well.

Re: How about some pics of 2wd Blazers, Jimmy's & Burbs?

Here are a few pics of mine now that I have the suspension and brakes done.

It's got all new bushings and steering parts with the McGaughy 13" big brake kits F&R (stops like a beast!!!), with a 2" coil in the front and a flip with custom built rear leafs to facilitate a 5" rear drop. I know I could go lower, but the road where I live SUCK, so this is the best I can do for now. It rides like a Cadi, but I think it looks cooler.

The paint & body is next. I'm thinking blue & silver, or yellow & silver. The silver where it's tan at now and the other color where the doo doo brown is. I can't decide.
