So would you use the stock frame? I kind of like the idea of matching serial numbers.

matching numbers is always a plus at the car shows with the judges. oh and nice build by the way cant wait till i get my truck started i got a 67 c10 body on a 70s 4x4 frame i will start a build thread soon

thank you. i am trying to finde me a 14 bolt and a 60 so i can fab all that up then send it off for sandblasting and then it will be time to patch up all the rust

no prob! i could only wish i had my frame cab engine tranny all matching... the oly thing that matched my cab is the tailgate!

Well I disconnected the cab. Found a little more rot. Not more than I thought though. So I had some buddies help me with getting the cab onto the other frame. I couldn't resist just setting the front end on so enjoy the pics. It gives me motivation to keep going even though sometimes it feels like it will never be done.
