Deluxe choke knob from a '67. Has female thread for mounting onto OEM threaded choke cable end. Good condition with one notable mark, circled. $25 shipped.

The threads aren’t real well defined on this piece, but it does work with an OEM choke cable. More pics below.

Can you post the overall length or height of the knob and the internal thread pitch size? Is the threaded rod size fine thread or coarse? Do have an interest in those numbers if you can provide them.

Ironhorse, the knob is 1” long (front to back) and 1-3/16” in diameter, which I think is the same diameter as the other knobs in the cab. After sizing up the threads I now see they are pretty deep in the hole, which is why they don’t show in my earlier pic. The threads are #10-24.

ThreeQuarter, thanks for the reply and that confirms for me what I thought. I have the standard choke knob for the 68-71 dash with out the stainless insert. Think in '72 the manual choke was no longer offered, not sure on that? It measures 1'' in length, 1 3/8'' in diameter and has the 10-24 threads which are also deep into the hole. Can be seen but have to hold in the light just at the right angle. It is a shade longer than the radio, head light, washer knobs.

hooverfish, it’s an iPhone XS, which has a little bit of optical zoom. It’s amazing what they build into telephones these days—we’ve come a long way from the rotary phone I grew up using!
