The system will also add to the amount of fuel injected when it compensates for low voltage.
The coolant temp looks very good in that data set. The oxygen sensor is swinging well and that will most likely even be better when the problems are taken care of. The amount of fuel injected is closer to normal compared to the earlier data. It is not expected to see a good IAC count at this time. Get the voltage issue fixed and I bet everything else will move into place.
