Are the fold down tabs still on and straight?

The bracket on the left...does it have any remainder of rivet left in the concave portion? It appears to have in the last pic (bracket on left).

Yes, tabs are both there and straight. No rivet material left on either bracket, drilled them out to remove and both have nice clean holes.
