Re: Gaylord Toppers

I had a roll up tonneau cover on a 07 GMC rcsb. Originally I had planned to go with a hard tonneau, but a friend got a hard one first.

While Gaylord is a good brand. For me it comes down to how you use your truck.

The hard cover ended being a no go as I always had stuff above the bed rail. Where the soft one I could roll up to do what I needed.

But if your set on a particular color. You could get the vinyl part custom made or covered. On mine I had a giant clover on mine.

Re: Gaylord Toppers

i have a friend who has one and it always seems a hassel when you want to use the bed.. if you insist on a cover a tonneau is best but that still presents problems.. in my mind the whole point of a truck is the bed

Re: Gaylord Toppers

Have one on my 72. A pic posted in another thread https://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/...2&postcount=19 Purchased a Snuglid for my 94 right after I got the truck new. I like the Gaylord lid more.
