vin# decoding question

Need help decoding this. I already went to Chip's page and the decoder here on the home page and neither makes sense to me. I even checked the 73-87 decoder and I am stumped.

Vin is CE134-B115890

Any ideas? It is a bare plate that was in with a box of parts I have sitting here and just got curious is all. It is not something that will be used.

Thanks
Richard

Re: vin# decoding question

Based on the info here, I'd say it's a 1971 GMC:

C = 2wd Conv. Cab
E = V8 Gas
1 = 1/2 Ton
34 = Wideside
-
B = Baltimore
1 = 1971
15890 = Serial Number

Great. Thanks for the help. I am going back to the decoders I looked at earlier to see if I just missed it there as well.
