My 1971 K20. Still wearing her original paint. Don't think the PO ever took it out in the winter. ZERO rust.

Here's mine. My grandfather bought it new back in '70. I have no plans to repaint it, just popping out some of the dents (I hope).

This is my 1972 Super pretty much all original except for the rear bumper. And maybe the rims?? I've had it for quite a few years and haven't really done much to it except the normal stuff.

The sport mirrors are NOS including backing plates, gaskets and screws which I bought on this site.
The interior is all original and great shape including the super custom (custom deluxe in Chevy terms) bench seat.
I like your wheels and center caps. People on the forum keep giving me crap about my wheels lol. I'll probably change them eventually to something like what you have

What did you use to get the paint on the hood to shine like that?

This is my son's 70 GMC survivor truck. It is an original Michigan truck. The wheels were repainted and hubcaps replaced.

Re: Lets see the survivor trucks! original paint only!

Mines an original paint truck, but I went about it differently than most. When I bought it, the hood and cowl had been primered, and it had a different tailgate. I was able to round up original paint pieces and get it all original ochre again.

I like how you think Steve - I'm doing the same thing, depleting the parts boards of medium olive gems and some scraps here and there....

Can a mostly original K5 be allowed? Here's mine. A touchup on the rear quarters (refrig magnet still sticks) and replaced rockers and lower front quarters. Otherwise original paint.
