Rear gas tank really has me stumped

Maybe what I want to happen isn’t possible? I would like a tank that fits between the last 2 crossmembers and doesn’t require me moving the last member. Im using the stock suspension. I would like it to fill from one of the fenders or the license plate. Really trying to avoid a bed fill. What I keep finding is ppl using a mustang tank and running it out the plate but they all seem to have upgraded rear suspension and they move the rear crossmember.
I found a build in here a couple years ago where someone ran it out the fender. They modified one of the bed supports to fit over the tank which stuck up above the frame a little.
So is it possible to do what I want or us it one or the other?
