Need help with e brake and other items 63 gmc

I currently have the driveline mounted drum e brake on an SM420. I’d like to swap drivetrains and would like to have an more regular cable system for the rear drums. This truck is a 3/4 ton and has what appears to be a full floating D44? I see no provisions in the backing plates for cables so is this even possible?

Secondly I’d like get rid of the dual clutch/slave cylinder in order to add a dual reservoir brake MC

Third, and somewhat related to the previous, I have a gmc bellhousing with a rh fork and slave cylinder. If I swap to a Chevy LH can I still use the hydraulic clutch components?
