WTB: Spicer 3/4 ton dials- Ochre

Looking for the D44 big hub dials originally used on 73+ K20's. Thinking a set would look good on this truck at some point.

Those would look good. There's a member that was on here years ago who had an Ochre K/20 with '73-up hubs. They're not exactly Ochre ya know

Frank, I have a used set of blues in unbelievable shape, but need to keep for my 72. Did you have a price on selling yours outright? Probably nicer than I need for this truck but I may restore it fully at some point and would shelve for the right price.

Could it have been the 72 K/20 that Bob put together out here in Oregon, his member handle is "Cheyenne10". Getting back to your WTB 3/4 ton dials, we have a few NOS yellow hub knobs in both 1/2 & 3/4 ton stashed away, would let go of NOS yellow K/20 spicer knobs for $100. ea to be sold in pairs only, thats if you should decide to go with new old stock. I've considered painting my '72 that Yeller Okry color, but only have blue and red N.O.S. dials...doggone it!

I remember Bob's truck also, but his didn't come to mind. I'm not certain what his handle is,but I remember he's in Amazonia,MO. I believe the proper shade GM molded these hubs in is San Joaquin Squash

Vintage, ok let me know if anything changes down the road. We currently have seven yellow GM packaged NOS K/20 Spicer knobs on hand and do not currently have any advertised as being F/S. Besides offering & selling a few around here over the years we have not pushed to sell any of them given their scarcity as the Spicer NOS K/20 hub parts dont come up that often anymore. Getting back to Tim and his case of the Blues, and although I dont see him wanting to do anything like this, we will also have to throw an offer out there as posted above in true "If it will help ya out at all" Frankie Fritz form & fashion: "If you find or have a pair of NOS blue 71-2...I have a yellow pair to trade you" but we would like to also add a little meat in the form of $150. to the deal on our end to be included & sent along with an NOS K/20 yellow knob set. Re: WTB: Spicer 3/4 ton dials- Ochre

I take it that was another "put down" from Mel. My simple offer was reused in his reply in bold quotes with some off color remarks about " Frankie Fritz form & fashion"---What does that mean? I may not think his parts & prices are such great deals either, But at least I don't post my comments on here...until now. I don't know what the problem is, but let's just keep the "personal problems" off the public forum. thanks, frank

I'd like to "add" the yellow hubs to my collection w/o "losing" my blues. But alas,I not only have the hub dial blues,I have to lackacash blues, too.

As far as any drama in this thread goes,I guess we'd have to know some history to know how to take these comments. Could just be a catchy way of offering another trade while acknowledging the previous offer to the rest of us.

Good luck with finding the "Ochre" dials. Should be some out there. Maybe try the 73-87 board if no luck here. Could consider painting faded out originals,if they're no going to see rough duty

Yes, but please let us know if you see a post that bothers you. Posting about it in this manner is also against the rules. Both of you know this Thanks

Re: WTB: Spicer 3/4 ton dials- Ochre

I could still use some Ochre (ok tim, yellow!) dials, preferably good used if someone has a pair.
