hood to grill clearance

Can anyone give some advise I am having problems with the front corners my hood they are higher than the fenders with out using any stoppers it looks as if the hood is making contact with the backside of grill in the area where the hood stopper are located has anyone had this problem I also have a wide gap between the hood and the fender on the driver side at the the front of the hood spent many hours working on it and still nothing any help would be great
