Gear pattern check

I know these threads are annoying.

Backlash is at 0.008” which is what’s scribed on the ring gear. 3.73 in the factory 12 bolt

I had mine in and out 24 times before I was happy with the pattern.
Looks perfect to me great job!

I know what you mean. I was stumped on the backlash because my install kit had 0.006” shims, 0.012” shims and 0.024” shims. I didn’t get it figured out until I measured the thick interlocking pieces to make the right combo

Pinion depth was the shim I took off the old gear
