Question Speaker Grill In Dash REMOVABLE ?!

I'm assembling this (I think) 1969 factory AC cab and there's a hole where the speaker grille is gone missing ~ I've never seen another like this , what do I do now ? none like it in Junk Yarda and not in any parts catalog I've yet found.....

HELP ! .

Pictures would help in this situation
It sound's as if you may require a dash repair panel or a cut from another dash.
There is a grill in the dash for the radio speaker
If it has been cut then you may need a piece cut from a stock dash to repair it
There are a lot of folk's here that are willing to cut patch panels for specific pieces.

Post Re: Speaker Grill In Dash REMOVABLE ?!

Understood ~

The odd thing is : this isn't any hack job ~ the cab came to me with original paint still on it and I've looked closely underneath it for welds / body work etc. .

I don't have any way to snap a pic right now , I was hoping someone would know that's some odd ball deal and what to do or where to get s part to fit .

Re: Speaker Grill In Dash REMOVABLE ?!

I have never seen a factory open section and to the best of my knowledge, all dashes came with the speaker grill whether it had a radio or not.

I just cut up a dash for a radio patch panel. I should have what you need when the time comes.

This thread is from 2015.

Also, since you are not a Premium member, any time you are offering up parts you need to specify that they are free if the poster pays the shipping. Other wise it will be considered an offer to sell and will be deleted. You need to be a Premium member to sell items on the board.
