Miniature Stereo Jack ?

Hello everyone, A few years back I found a thread on this website regarding installing a miniature stereo jack into an original Delco AM radio to plug in an external audio source. it was a pretty detailed thread. I thought i saved it but cant find it now. Anyone remember this thread or have the info needed. I know it required a small resistor in the wiring. I soldered the two leads into the radio positions and would like to finish the install. Thanks, Joe

Re: Miniature Stereo Jack ?

Sorry did not take any pics. Full disclosure, this was not in a C10 or any pickup for that matter it was for my 68 Chevelle. I do have a 67 C10 that I will be doing this to this winter. I actually did the mod to the radio a few years ago and just left the leads hang until now. Overall it was quite easy with very basic soldering skills required. I just made a small mounting tab for the input jack and mounted it under the dash. Now I have to figure out why the rear speaker isn't working. Its always something

No Worries about the pictures.
You are in the correct section IMHO

I am sure that someone will chime in and help with your rear speaker
