They are Bilsteins and with these Deaver custom 4" springs that I put on, this thing rides like a Cadillac!

One look at them springs I was thinking they had to be custom. Gotta dig all those thin leaves!

Very nice - that is an outstanding K5!

Re: New Lift on my 71 Blazer

Dude, that is one of the cleanest trucks I have ever seen. Can I save it to my Favs.? I liked it before the lift, now I'm really liking it. Up is always better....

How much clearance do you have between the crossmember and the oilpan??

Did you extend your brakelines?

The lift/tire combo gives it a good stance. Very nice K5. Any install photos?

Re: New Lift on my 71 Blazer

No, I did not get any shots of the Blazer being liftedThe springs are $800 for a set of two. Ouch! I know they hurt my budget, but my wife is 8 months pregnant and she really appreciates the ride. I guess part of the trick is the thinner leaves, the nicer the ride!

Makes me want to jump to 4" lift instead of the 2.5" I am planning, but the old girl will have issues slipping into the garage!

Re: New Lift on my 71 Blazer

where did you get the springs, and you said it rides nice, i also heard the more spring leaves the better the, mine rides stiff, skyjacker i believe, was on it when i bought it, i would be iterested in better springs for a better ride. thanks scott
